Powder Supply: The powder coating is stored in a dedicated storage
container and delivered to the spray gun through airflow.
Electrostatic Charging: The electrode inside the spray gun uses a
high-voltage power supply to charge the powder coating with static
electricity, giving it a negative charge.
Spraying Process: The charged powder coating is sprayed out through
the nozzle, forming fine coating particles. These particles are
attracted to the positively charged surface of the workpiece due to
electrostatic forces, ensuring even adhesion.
Curing: The coated workpiece is then placed in a curing oven, where
the powder melts and flows out at high temperature, ultimately
forming a hard coating.
Recovery and Reuse: Unattached powder can be collected through a
recovery system and fed back into the spraying process, increasing
material utilization.
Through these steps, the electrostatic powder coating machine
achieves high efficiency, low waste, and excellent coating quality.
